I provide mental health evaluations, substance use assessments, DWI assessments, and sex offender evaluations.  I am licensed in North Carolina and Vermont, and can provide services for clients located anywhere in these states via telehealth.  I am an approved NC DWI provider and am authorized to provide assessments for DWI charges that occurred both in and outside of NC.

Whether your assessment is mandated (by court, DSS, probation, etc.), recommended by an attorney, or you are self-referred, I strive to provide a safe, comfortable space for you to share your issues and concerns so that we can work together to determine how to best meet your needs and reach your goals. Sometimes it’s hard to know where to start in the complicated world of therapy and mental health, and assessments can help point you in the right direction, whether that’s individual therapy, group therapy, intensive outpatient, etc.

Insurance covers some of the assessment/evaluation services I offer and I am in-network with most major insurance plans.
