I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor and licensed clinical addictions specialist with 10 years of professional experience working in mental health and substance use settings.  I provide individual therapy, mental health evaluations, substance use assessments, sex offender evaluations, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy.  I am licensed in North Carolina and Vermont, and can provide services for clients located anywhere in these states via telehealth.  Insurance covers many of the services I offer, and I am in-network with most major insurance plans.

I also offer administrative services for other therapists and practices, who find it very beneficial to have someone who is well-versed in the counseling world to handle these duties.

In my free time, I enjoy kayaking, building Lego, and spending time with my partner and our four fur-kids.
